Spring 2026 Updates

Hi folks, a few updates from Undercliff!

I’ll be launching a soft restart of the preorder system this week (tomorrow!).
Soft on account of not actually restarting the stall, just the preorder and pickup system.
I don’t have grand quantities of veg yet (mostly salad and chard..!), but am fairly well stocked of eggs and plants.
If you want to preorder, then as per last season, order via the website – Tuesday 10am thru Thursday 10am for collection Thursday (from 3pm), or opt for Friday/Saturday at your discretion. Eventually the stall will get going again.

Going hard on the soft launches, I’ve got the mk2 clay oven finished up at the Darlington wharf stall (in my back garden), and, with a view to doing regular wood-fired pizza evenings once a week (Fridays 5 till 7.30pm), I figured i ought to do a tester session. (To pitch it with a bit of gusto I’ll attempt to refer to it as an “Inaugural Public Firing”). This will be this coming Saturday 16th, 12 till 3pm Pizzas will be £5, an especially low price for the Inaugural Public Firing, with feedback welcomed. I’ll be offering a margherita, and a seasonally topped one (with farmed or foraged toppings), with a vegan “cheese” option available. If you’d like to pre-book a pizza, please click here to order online!

…And finally… I’ll pull my finger out and pencil in a “Farm Event” of sorts for Saturday 23rd May. The farm gate’ll be open from 1030am till 3pm, with plants available for sale, a farm walk at 1115am, and pizzas out of the cob oven from 1215pm. Once again, if you’d like to pre-book pizzas, please click here!

Thanks,
Nat
