This year, during the fairer months, I’ll be doing regular wood-fired pizza evenings once a week, on Fridays 5 till 7.30pm, at the Darlington Wharf stall.
Pizzas are £8 & approximately 10″. I’ll be offering a margherita, and a seasonally topped one (with farmed or foraged toppings), with a vegan “cheese” option available.
